N M: Best thing to do is go on YouTube and find the best--and easiest--large greenhouse to build. Build a couple of them, and just hook up water to them and be near electricity so you can run a fan if you're in a hot climate (like Texas, where I am). Plant herbs, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and you'll always have local restaurant that need that. That's the best thing I've come up with...but growing stuff is just not easy. I've had livestock--forget it!
