Did this video help you?

Ang cast: you have access----- install a new one!!!!!

Kid Refugee: Awhile back I did the same thing when I removed timing cover. Mount had some cracks. Filled in nicely and cheaper than buying a new one.

Matt 4500: Would you look at that?. 8:08 Just look at it.

Marc Mercado: Polyurethane (PU) takes time to cure. I have removed the fluid filled motor mount and replaced it with PU. The amount of humidity and temperature plays a major role how quickly/slowly it cures. Give it 5-7 days (depending on the amount that you put) before you put it back in. This is in no way a quick fix. PU would just ooze out or it'll put itself out of position in some way if you don't take the time to let it do it's job. I work with this material every day and this cures from the outside-in.

Joseph: so u made that to make your car vibrate more ? really ? point is to stop vibration with s mount so

anyone

Eric Gordon: JUANITA

nzh trk: can I do this without taking off the part? i have an 06 lancer with bad motor mount. i can see the mount but it seems like a lot of work to take it off

Kito: that was cool. so how long did your new mount lasted?

Russell jenkins: freak y'all

csm: How is it now? Did the polyurethane crack?

Dave Prototype: This is the wrong type of polyurethane...
This sealant is elastic and remains flexible to expand and contract with construction material

You need to use a two part mixture with a shore hardness of minimum 40

But nice video

Felipe Mendoza: need to be clean first to get best results.

Jandar Qorshi: Are cracks silicon filler used?

Kevin Sloan: You guys skip an important step. You should have cleaned the surfaces making contact with the urethane very well at least, even score them with 320 grit on the rubber before you put the window weld in. Pretty much asking for trouble not reading the directions.

Jon Steel: You know that metal wire thingy on the bottom of your caulk gun...yeah... that thing! It is there to puncture the foil seal on your tube of caulk so you don't get black caulk all over your screw driver.

DJAceX: Thanks for the video, This mechanic charging me $240 to change that one mount. F that doing it myself thanks to you guys.

PotentialDifference1: Great video! Had me laughing too. Went with motor mount inserts and have never looked back. The vibration isn't that bad. But it's there. Straight power to ground!

PotentialDifference1: "would you look at that! Just look at it"!

tctunerky: Where did you get window weld for $10? Retail cost like $35

Holness Mothersill: when you started bending all that AC line out of the way i couldn't stop laughing
